Free for learning

Champion Minds is free for personal, family and classroom use. There are no fees, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Grown-ups in charge

Champion Minds is made for children, but parents, carers and teachers are responsible for supervising how and how long children use it. The Grown-ups area is protected by a simple maths question to keep young children out. It is not a security lock.

Accuracy

We work hard to make the maths correct and to match the NSW syllabus, but we can’t promise the content is always error-free, complete or right for every child. It supports learning; it doesn’t replace a teacher. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

Our content and the NSW syllabus

The Champion Minds name, games, artwork, characters, sounds and code belong to us. You may not copy, sell or republish them without our permission, except as the law allows.

Our games follow the NSW Mathematics K–10 Syllabus, and some are inspired by the NSW Department of Education’s “Thinking Mathematically” resources. Those materials belong to their owners. Champion Minds is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the NSW Department of Education or the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Fair use

Please don’t:

• try to hack, overload or disrupt the website or apps
• copy or reverse-engineer Champion Minds to make another product
• use the Contact form to send spam or harmful content
• use Champion Minds in any way that breaks the law

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Limits on our responsibility

Champion Minds is provided free. As far as the law allows:

• we don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors
• progress is saved only on your device, so we are not responsible if it is lost (backup codes help)
• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using Champion Minds

Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again.

Other sites

Links to other sites, such as app stores or our web host, are not controlled by us and have their own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply once posted here with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
